GBPainfully Slow & Outdated Painfully Slow & Outdated We received our approval on Feb 27, 2024. It is now Mar 25th and the loans from Mohela still have not been paid off. RISLA sent a CHECK!! A check? Are you kidding me? Is this 1995? Outdated process and obnoxiously slow in a modern banking world. I'm surprised they didn't ask for us to fax in information.

GBAlthough I had a short appointment span… Although I had a short appointment span of 30 minutes to do FAFSA and CSS profile review, I made another appointment and with questions the instructors were very diligent about calling back even at a late hour. Thank you, Cindy.

GBMichael Donnelly is great Michael Donnelly is great, kind helpful very professional. We will ask for him every time. Many professionals feel like you should know how to do it. This was our past experience and we don't. We haven't done it many times. I am a rn and I never expect patients to know what I am teaching them etc. He treated us like people answering all of our questions ...dumb or not
