Material was presented well. Material was presented well and questions were not asking too much of memorization of non-essential info. Your said Fair housing was a challenge to write and it was one to get through......too many government entities doing much of the same thing. :-) Questions were good though and not too taxing. Our particular area is rural and much less of an issue here. Thank you!

Empire refresher course I thought these courses were very useful and helpful. They help instill what is really important for a Real estate agent. I particularly enjoyed the Property management class. I thought the organizational forms (to create) was a great added touch. It gave structure and something concrete to use in management of a property.

Easy to follow but... The courses are laid out very well--easy to follow, overall allows me to read at my own pace, beyond the short videos that are timed, easy to pick up right where you left off, case studies which help with clarifying information. Sadly, there is what I consider propaganda throughout ("climate change", "DEI" etc.)

James takes his work seriously and treat every customer fairly. He is willing to help even help as many times customer needs him. I thought, I was finished my whole course after finishing one unit. He explained me very patiently without any anger. James is a loyal worker. Thank you James!
