Helped me out of a black hole I was in a really bad spot where I had to do my analysis very quickly to finish on time and my committee was extremely hands off. Kirstie was with me every step of the way through my analysis and helped me not only carry everything out according to my research plan, but also helped me really learn and understand what I was doing and why, how to code, how to think through critical decision points, how to interpret, etc. I learned so much and grew exponentially in my abilities to clean, manage, and analyze data independently. I don't know if I would have made it without Kirstie's help.

Coach, teacher, counselor, and cheerleader! I am thoroughly enjoying my coaching from Veronica. She is extremely knowledgeable and a gifted teacher. Her ability to break down the overwhelming task, make it doable and provide feedback along the way is very different than other companies I have worked with.
