This course was very relevant to my… This course was very relevant to my current work setting of Inpatient Rehabilitation. Ms Dawson is an amazing instructor. She keeps it real and keeps you engaged throughout the class. Highly recommend any of her courses.

I was helped by the customer service… I was helped by the customer service department. I had made a mistake with registration and it required several emails and 1 conversation to help me coordinate an excellent solution. It did take some time and I had even forgotten about the situation. One morning I received an email with the goods news that my problem had been resolved. I really enjoy Summit Education courses and the staff is great 👍.

Review on customer service and speaker I appreciate that there was someone from the Summit who was present during the seminar to help us with technical difficulties. It would be nice if signing in/out and review can be done in our cell phones without a problem. Speaker was engaging. He was able to wake me up! I can use his techniques to myself and to some of my patients. Other ways of modifying his exercises aside from doing it in sitting rather than in standing can be mentioned so it can be applied to different types of patients.

Good and Bad things/ experience Positive things: Great speakers and winderful way to correlate and links theoretical subjects with practical knowledge and implementation info in treatment. Summitt professional education company is a great company for continuing education and is a wonderful great source of education and training. I always have great experience with Summit and their courses. Negative things: Bad facility, both restrooms had terrible bad odors. Course place did not have enough chairs/ seats and table for the number of the attendants. The ceiling of the place were falling down with water leaks. Terrible experience of the course hotel place. No printed manual as used to to be used during the class.
