Great experience already seeing some progress Best team of people i've worked with so far. I've tried other types of programs that used like facebook pages for their communities and promised follow ups then didn't do it. So, I had some nerves about joining and I also didn't know much about short term rentals when I started. But their consultants, program, and even the other students answered the questions I had that were causing me to doubt like how to talk to the landlords and how to assess good locations. So, I started prospecting after getting my head right and found a few people interested already. It's like any business, you take a step forward and figure out what comes up.. but honestly I don't know that i'd be taking action this early if I didn't join because i'd been thinking about this since last year lol. Anyway, just dropping my two cents because I felt they deserve it. Even talked to my mom about them cause she has property.

What made my experience great was the… What made my experience great was the fact that there here to exactly help us. whenever we need something there's always someone available to reach out to us. I personally came from another program and when I say I wish I found them sooner I wish I did. Josh my advisor has been awesome and breath of fresh air he knows what and how to understand you and guide you if he doesn't know the answer he directs us to the coach that does. if in doubt invest in yourself with bnb!!!

I recently joined the Airbnb formula… I recently joined the Airbnb formula after deciding to take a chance on something that could change my life. I was nervous that it wouldn’t be worth it at first but it is incredibly encouraging to have someone like Josh Patterson give you regular phone calls to talk about your progress. Airbnb formula really does want to see you succeed and takes every effort to make sure that happens. Josh was incredibly friendly and helpful through my initial worries and doubts. I am excited for what the future holds and very thankful for the support that has been provided to me

I’ve seen and HEARD enough! DON’T BUY! I’ve seen and HEARD enough. This is a huge scam. Way too many people are complaining about their responses going unanswered in the rating section. Way too many. I even see I guy that’s been waiting on a response for a YEAR!!! Forget That & forget this program too. I’m glad you guys didn’t get my 3k! Now stop calling my damn phone because I ain’t interested.

The program is pretty detailed and a… The program is pretty detailed and a lot of different coaches hold AMA(ask me anything) questions help demonstrate step by step process to find, evaluate and finalize deals. You also get a accountability executive (Stephanie Cho in my case) to help you with your goals. She is amazing. The program material access duration is unlimited but the Interaction with Coaches and help is limited to 6 months.
