I liked the video and reading I liked the video and reading. I also liked the quotes for practice. However I felt the final exam super long and I felt the questions were not geared toward things you SHOULD know but rather things that are almost irrelevant and non useful for you to remember.

Excellent care and customer service … I spoke with Liz who made my experience easeful. She was extremely patient and knowledgeable. I felt she really cared and wanted to help and help she did. I was truly impressed with her and her professionalism and communication skills. What an asset she is to the company.

Everything went well up until the new… Everything went well up until the new website change, I tried changing over but nothing worked and I panicked. I immediately took my paper exam and mailed it in, thankfully I paid for rush delivery so it would get there in time. Everyone I’ve ever had to speak with was great.
