MXNice format to think and put in to practice sessions I loved the format of the modules. The course was very rich although a little repetitive. I wish there were more tools given for the practice like a list of coaching questions for each kind of session. It was fun :)

GBInitially I had quite a few technical… Initially I had quite a few technical issues with my quizes and team was so helpful to sort me out, I'm so glad I took the course, I can't wait to start and apply this in practise. Love the fact that I could listen to audio recordings and take my time as needed to complete with no hurry and time lines.

EGI am studying the program right now. I am studying the program right now. It is a bit heavy on the text. Quiz / exam questions have too often the "all or none of the above" option, which in proper examinations is not allowed or so I learned from City & Guild standards when I developed training materials. Interaction and accountability is very limited. Yes there is the option to find colleague students, but the platform is not used often. Guess a proper once a week zoom with students going through the modules and practicing would have been better set up.

GBSelf guided Easy and understandable course with practical exercices. I like the fact that it is selfguided. I printed the course as I like more reading and studying from papers. The Quiz after each module gives a good upsumming of the content.

AEHighly recommend this course! This is a great course! I already had an interest in nutrition and wanted to expand my knowledge and understanding of the science behind it. I work in youth sport and although my agenda was not to become a Nutrition Coach, this will definitely enhance what I offer in my day job. Each module is easy to follow and gives great examples of case studies. I found listening to the audio whilst reading the module was really helpful and kept me focused. There is a lot of information to digest, so it is great that you can download all of the modules to refer back to in the future. You can also complete each module in your own time, so there is no pressure. After each module I implemented what I had learnt into my own daily diet. I am now going to start introducing this to friends and family.....may even become a coach after all....
