SAThrough this course I discovered the… Through this course I discovered the wonderfulness of this book📚 "THE ANATOMY OF STRETCHING" by "Brad Walker" 🔥This book is absolutely wonderful and a great addition for every Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer or anyone who is interested in how stretching works, how it affects the muscles, which muscles get affected by what kind of stretch and where exactly those muscles are in the body part. Wonderful section in the end of the book about different sports injury and the best corresponding stretches to help relieve symptoms and tight muscles. Stretching is the absolute most important thing everyone needs to do, not just athletes or people who work out a lot. Too many people come to me complaining about tightness and restrictions but they either don't stretch or stretch only a little. This book also explains on the different type of stretching and what is right or wrong.

GBI’d recommend to other therapists. It was really difficult for me to find previously purchased courses, which is why I’m taking a star off. I had to email support to have them send me a link. Not sure why my purchase history is not somewhere easy to find on my account. But the course itself was informative and the exam was straightforward.

GBFoundation of Gua Sha with Dr. Bradley I definitely learned more from your online course AND IG post that I stumbled upon than I did in my 4 hour class. I love how you stayed on topic and delivered the knowledge you were sharing quickly and in an effective way. I was surprised to see gua sha done on a person sitting up as opposed to laying down. And in my class I was taught to use the tools/ scraping going in all directions. I may watch your second video a few times to really ingrain the info in my brain. I'm also going to see if I can download reading materials. Thank you, Dr. Bradley!
