I trusted them and purchased the highest package to write an article for myself. The resulting article was incomplete and had very poor content. I tried several times and found it unsatisfactory, so I requested a refund. They replied that they have a no-refund policy and offered me additional credits. I am very disappointed with that; the amount of money was significant to me and now I can't get it back. The service is extremely poor and outright stealing money. I advise everyone not to use their service."
