USBetter Rapid Start w a pre-notice The Start up requires a quick log on to 2 web sites. I had troubke logging on and immediately fell behind immediately.

USMisleading I didn't like that the course I signed up for was X amount of dollars and then I still had to purchase 2 books for additional costs and I was then essentially "forced" to pay for PMI Membership to gain access the information I needed for the course I had just purchased. The advertisement of the cost of the course is entirely misleading.

USUses irrelevant questions and support was awful Bought 3 months of practice problem access. 75% of their content was not on the real test and the format was very different in terms of how questions and answers looked. Wrote to support to try to get switched to ACP with the rest of my time to just stay sharp and they were rude and not helpful. You'd think changing tests would be something you could do on the site. Instead they tried to sell me a new plan. As if paying them more for their sloppy mess was an option. Not a chance. Guess they think they're the only game in town?

NGThe video presentation coupled with the… The video presentation coupled with the slides & transcription below the videos made the lessons easy to follow and understand. In addition, the quiz questions after each session, made it easy to know if one had followed the explanations

SAOur instructor Our instructor, Mike Ikona, came online on time which was great. He was very fluent in project management and explained the concepts in a way I found it very easy to understand. As English is my second language and I am not a native speaker, this was especially helpful.
