AUZERO SUPPORT Very disappointed with overall experince. Sent email to their 'customer support' but never got any reply since early March. Very quick in asking and taking my money, but ZERO support. Nobody to speak to, to discuss about experience / refund / issues about the lessons. 80% of the lessons were complete waste of time since the teacher could not match the level of my child. She cried overwhelmed after a lesson, and learnt almost nothing. I paid $360 for 10 hours, and now unable to stop because THERE IS NO ONE TO TALK TO.

GBI went from a 42 on my first exam to a… I went from a 42 on my first exam to a 79 on my latest exam in one class. In a different class I went from a 57 on my first exam to an 83 on my latest exam. Last thing on my mind has been school so I had a really tough start to the semester. Wiingy is helping me get back on track.

GBThe original person I requested backed… The original person I requested backed out the morning of our meeting. They hooked me up with someone else, who could not help me with my work. I had paid for 5 hours, and they took my hours and said the tutor was working on my document after our session, so wiingy used 2 and a hours out of my 5 hours. Then I had my second session with the tutor, and my 5 hours was gone. I then gave the tutor another chance to help me on the same assignment, and I ordered another 5 hours. Passed the assignment into school, and still didn’t pass that assignment. I had to go back, and revise the assignment. That’s when I said to myself, I’m wasting any more money with this tutor. I requested for my 5 remaining hours to be refunded. ’ve been waiting for over a week for my refund for 5 hours I paid for extra, and still haven’t got it.
