Amazing Instructors I’m so thankful for the great instructors especially Tabitha and Bobra who care about their students. Their classes are essential and if you happen to be in one of them, make sure to follow through with their guidance. Also, the Qbank “is gold” as Tabitha said, so make sure to practice practice practice! Thank you once again to all the instructors at Kaplan for providing us with quality education.

After 4 months of studying course materials including On-Demand videos, Study group every Wednesday evening spearheaded by the incredible Bobra and fantastic Tabitha, and finally working through some tough QBank questions, I took and PASSED the California State Exam at first try! Kaplan has so much study tools to prepare you. More importantly, the Interactive Study group is a game changer. Bobra and Tabitha are so accessible and respond to email questions with such detail and promptness. I highly recommend the Kaplan Real Estate Education program. Tabitha is an amazing instructor! Tabitha is an amazing instructor!! She offered multiple memory aides that stuck with me to help pass my state exam! Day after day, week after week Tabitha makes her explanations and analogies memorable and captivating for my attention span. I’m going to miss my Wednesday night study groups! Kaplan has many tools and classes paced to meet your particular needs. So many options. I especially utilized the heck out of the vocabulary audio recordings for my on the go life style.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE TO RENEW YOUR LICENSE - to renew you license you were so unfair with the "solving the down payment dilemma" course!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have learned for the last week every term and summarized all the material in the video. I got to the final exam, and there were different questions from what was represented in the course. It made me lose faith in you. I am very doubt whether to further take other courses on your website!!!!

Great real estate trainning program I joined Kaplan California Real Estate sales person licensing programm 3-4 months ago and pass my exam this week. It is a really great program to start your real estate career. They have many tools and learning materials on their platform. Instructors are also very helpfull. Especially I really appreicate Tabitha's help. She answered all my questions clearly. Study group and pre-exam class instructed by her are also very useful for me and make me passing state exam quickly.
