Law made easy! I did the SQE1 prep course with Barbri, and I passed on my first sitting! I had not studied law before and I do not work in a firm. Barbri offers so much support, and the teaching style helped me overcome my fears. The language is very accessible. This is the "law for dummies" reassurance I was looking for!

Got me across the finish line Got me across the finish line. Got me prepared with the lectures I needed and pretty good practice questions. Essays for Virginia were good, and appreciated the use of old essays, although I still used a supplemental course specific for Va essays. Mbe questions were good although they were different than the ones I got on test day (not sure why this was). Overall a good experience.

Thank you Barbri! I’ve studied a 40-week course for SQE1 with Barbri. I passed both parts of the exam on the first attempt and I’m extremely grateful to Barbri. I really appreciated the personal study plan, unlimited access to great personal tutors, opportunities to ask questions and paper copies of the book. I will surely continue my education with them. Thorough and focused. Thorough and focused. Coverage and emphasis of the right areas of study for the Bar. Preferred this over broad dumping of info. Not a fan of the format of some of the written materials, but still good - better digital form would have helped a lot, and maybe a cross-reference structure between overlapping ideas

One stop shop The format of the study materials was very helpful. I have no complaints at all and could not have passed without Barbri’s guidance. I did not use outside materials to study (such as Adaptibar); I only used Barbri and I passed the California bar on my first try. That being said, whether you utilize all Barbri has to offer is up to you and your dedication to passing on your first try.
