One stop shop The format of the study materials was very helpful. I have no complaints at all and could not have passed without Barbri’s guidance. I did not use outside materials to study (such as Adaptibar); I only used Barbri and I passed the California bar on my first try. That being said, whether you utilize all Barbri has to offer is up to you and your dedication to passing on your first try.

I passed! I solely used Barbri to prepare for the July 2023 bar exam. The best feature is the planner. I am not good at planning a study schedule, but Barbri prepared a daily schedule of lectures and routine practices. I loved the lecturers and the constant MBE drilling, as well as the solid essay model answers. If you just stick to Barbri’s daily schedule, you’ll pass.

I did the 20 week course with BARBRI I did the 20 week course with BARBRI for SQE1 and passed on my first attempt. Would highly recommend the course for anyone! It is online so is also very suitable for anyone working or anyone who wants to study for the SQE but needs to be flexible with their time and study at their own pace. It is a combination of online lectures, readings, many many practice tests, mocks and tutor support (there are lots of resources to use). All of this is available on their personalised platform and you can schedule your study time around your timetable. The tutors are very friendly, engaging, responsive and offer really excellent support ahead of a very difficult exam :)

THANK YOU BARBRI! With the 40-week prep course, I was able to pass the exam on my first attempt. Coming from a non-legal background, SQE is my first legal exam. All the knowledge required was new to me. I like BARBRI's approach to answering the question and the learning materials. Thorough and focused. Thorough and focused. Coverage and emphasis of the right areas of study for the Bar. Preferred this over broad dumping of info. Not a fan of the format of some of the written materials, but still good - better digital form would have helped a lot, and maybe a cross-reference structure between overlapping ideas
