CAOnline exam information given in details before the test starts will help students worry about something goes wrong and not know what to do or how to get help. the proctor was helpful and courteous which makes a big difference.

CAProcess was well organized Process was well organized. Proctor wasn't very patience. Once the test started every single click was delayed by few seconds. very convenient for people who committed to something but eager to update skills.

GBI took the Excel exam I took the Excel exam, it worked exactly as the pre-exam video described and I was glad of the resource so I knew what to expect when I opened the exam. Proctor was professional, but still said good luck etc which was nice as I was nervous.
