Great Customer Service and Fast Resolution! I really appreciate both the chat function and the ability to submit a ticket and see the path toward resolution. The ticket is a great way to help self-update. With the situation I had it was a quick fix, so I did not have to utilize the ticket, but I appreciate its functionality. The two team members I worked with were fast and knowledgeable. They not only solved my immediate issue, but gave me some steps to try myself if it ever happened again.

Miacademy has made such a positive difference in our lives. My little one is autistic and ADHD so it's quite a challenge to get her interested at times. But Miacademy has made that so much easier to accomplish. She never complains about having to stop what she's doing to do her school work. A good fit for highschool We were trying to find a curriculum for high school homeschool student for the fall. Even though easter weekend we got answers right away and explain in great details and had great coupons, like we are already part of there team.

I absolutely love Miacademy I absolutely love Miacademy! It has a ton of curriculum, and it is customizable to fit each child’s unique learning style. The videos help to hold my kid’s focus, and the practice reinforces the lesson they’re learning. My 8 year old also loves watching the videos created by other students and feeling like a part of the online student community. After just a short time, I decided to get the lifetime subscription for Miacademy for my 3 kids. I’m so excited to watch as the website continues to grow, as Miacademy continuously updates their curriculum.
