I like the live classes that are… I like the live classes that are available, wish they were longer, because ALOT of stuff gets crammed in and it's hard to follow and really grasp information. The only thing is if you take another class the other goes away, and you can't save the old classes. There are lots of practice questions with really good explanations which is very helpful as well.

When I would have a question about a subject, I wasn't able to get an answer in the cram sheet. I feel like I didn't study for the right things. Although I took a Simulated Exam every day for a few weeks, and did well, I only passed with an 84 and a 78. Probably on me...

Kaplan helped me pass my licensing exam… Kaplan helped me pass my licensing exam the 1st time I took the test. The customer service representative was very knowledgeable and patient. The live class was outstanding. My instructor really helped focus on passing the test. The online tests were really helpful to gage progress.
