BECriminal organisation I had problems at all stages with this company. They gave me a 22.5 K instead of a 90 K instant account. I passed and then they changed the rules that I had to make another 5 % and with trailing drawdown. Passed again this 90 K. Expected a 180 K account and a payout. Then surprise they came up with a ridiculous excuse that I violated their terms and conditions which doesn't make any sense. Reading all the reviews, it's clear that all the positive reviews are fake and totally impossible. Send them emails and chat with them and you will immediately see how terrible their support is. They don't even answer emails. They should have paid me 6400. Complete scam and I will report them. Hope enough people will take action and get these people behind bars.

GBStill no withdrawal Still no withdrawal. I was told last week that my payout will be would be on a Thursday and this is the 3 week now and still no payout. I have been trying to get in contact to see what’s going on and nothing no response. Originally they said 48hrs for a payout but now it’s been two weeks. I have had no choice but to complain as it’s not fair and has seriously damaged my trust in them and affecting my mental health as I have been relying on this payout.

CAI was using a family member's debit… I was using a family member's debit card to purchase a funded account challenge with this company because I was having issues with my card. They automatically set the account under my family member's name just because the billing of the card was under their name. Knowing that this would cause issues, I tried to contact support to find out if they could just make a simple switch to whose name the account was under. (the account has no trades yet so It shouldn't be an issue) After contacting their support multiple times, I've been left with no response for four days now, I am honestly disgusted with their customer service. If they cannot fix a simple issue like this I am afraid of what service I will be given in the future with this company. If you are looking for a company with good customer service, FTUK is not the way to go, many other companies respond very quickly to customer issues and have similar, if not better deals. If you are just stumbling on this review and looking for a prop firm, I would recommend FTMO or Funded Engineer. With funded engineer, I've never had to wait more than 20 minutes for a response on an issue, even in high-volume periods.
