CAYou can teach a old dog new tricks I did the computer course. It was fantastic, I went in with very basic computer knowledge. I left with confidence, and with the tools to solve computer issues. It was more than a 5 star experience. I can now compete in the world of the internet, writing, spread sheets. word, excel, power point and so much more. The staff are very competent, and have a great amount of patience. Karen is the facilitator, Jessica was my primary teacher, I will never be able to Thank her enough. Rachael, was my substitute teacher. Every single person, made a Hugh impact in my life.

GBExceptional Overall a helpful course. The information and videos are comprehensive to prepare for the Exam. However it is a lot of material that needs to be process and understand , the 14 days limits is not enough. But i will definitely recommend it.

GBInformation overload I dislike that when you get something on the practice test wrong there isn't a way to just study the things you got wrong. Other than that I definitely like the material given.

GBThe information provided in the videos… The information provided in the videos are insightful and helpful to prepare for the state exam. The reason I gave this course a 4 is because it boots you out of the class too quickly when you pause to write down notes. Then you have to log back in again.
