A good app and an even better team Even though I've been using this app for a short period of time, I had only one complaint, and that was the dark more keyboard doesn't work on Android. I reached out to the support team and they were so understanding and eagar to better their app. I look forward to many more features!

Blocked? Is That a Good Customer Experience? As a premium member, I wanted to participate in a survey that allowed me to share my thoughts with someone in the company. I tried to book a slot on Calendly, but it did not work. I contacted the Research Ops Specialist who initially sent the request email, who responded by stating that all slots were already reserved but would let me know if there was a cancellation, which I find unjust because Calendly failed to load. I replied back, but the Research Ops Specialist's email address rejected my emails, citing alleged spam, which was not a great response from the company. I am curious if the Research Ops Specialist prevented me from responding. Perhaps a reply will address how this constitutes good customer service. Based on my experience, before signing up for a premium subscription, I would highly recommend shopping around for alternative companies that offer something similar and provide a higher standard of customer service.
