GBGood but not great. Likes: - Chegg has many answers in the database. - When you submit a question you always get a quick response - Usually very detailed. Dislikes: - Some of the answers have been wrong. - Since there are often multiple answers to the same questions, you can compare them to each other. Often there are different answers to the same question. - At times the expert doesn't look at all the answer choices, so they will give a response that has no given answer in the question. While it may be correct, the response that is needed was not given by the expert.

GBBOGUS ordered. Used the program for assistant with a work assignment. Answers were given clearly and it was verified identical question and answer. HOWEVER EVERY ANSWER GIVEN WAS WRONG!!! Asked for refund because it was misrepresented. Live chat gave "I'm sorry we can't give a refund." No regard for customer service or that the information is bogus. They have NO concern for customer service, for doing the right thing or that their information is incorrect and people pay for that falsehood.

GBYou do not find exact answers You do not find exact answers, but are good examples. Few changes: we able to copy the whole answers. Certain formulas cannot be copied. Expert answers sometimes come from chatgpt. Cannot see the whole questions when picking from top 5 that might be a close match to questions asked. So, its hard to pick.

GBImprove Webpage Answers are helpful, but a lot of times the website can lag or loses connection. (specifically Chegg site, not other websites). Also, I am paying for a premium subscription, I should not be getting pop up ads.

GBMost solutions are completely wrong It's very very rare that I find a Chegg answer to a question that is actually correct. So many answers are just completely wrong: incomplete, or full of errors. Not even little errors that someone could easily make - more just blatantly ignoring what the question is actually asking, and instead writing down a couple of basic equations that have no real significance on the question being solved.
