Chegg used to be very good for helping… Chegg used to be very good for helping with schoolwork until they replaced human experts with Chegg AI. I don't know if they realize but we ALL have access to ChatGPT, why are we paying to get ChatGPT answers?? That is absolutely ridiculous. Chat GPTs answers more often than not are wrong and don't understand nuance. What a greedy app.

Solutions? It's nice to see solutions from "experts" but it gets very difficult to navigate when you have 2 or 3 different answers for the same problem. You start to lose credibility.

Unauthorized charges I had someone make charges on my card even though I don't even have an account. i contacted Chegg and within 15 mins, charges were reversed, accounts that charged were deactivated and the customer service was AMAZING AND EASY! Thank you!

They USED to be great to learn and… They USED to be great to learn and verify with. Now all they use is "Chegg AI" and it's TERRIBLE!!! Do not waste your money.

It's okay for a lot of homework but It's okay for a lot of homework problems but there are a lot of irrelevant answers that waste time. Great for when there's actually a proper answer though.
