Flawless from start to finish besides that. I received payout yesterday and just went again with new challenge. Please look into adapting rules if possible.

Genesis don't like to pay.... This company is just looking for excuses for not to pay. Plenty off emails sent no reply. Asked for my money back that I paid still no reply. Finally got intouch with my bank and they got intouch with the merchant and boom 3 days later came back with a response that my accounts are no longer active due to trade copying. What a complete utter garbage.

I have carefully followed all their rules on every trade I placed, trading manually myself from my home ip address. then apon submitting my payout request , they refuse to pay using the excuse "COPYTRADING/IP " thus is complete rubbish and I have seen many other people across social media saying the same about them. They are using that excuse on everyone. Honestly if you're considering using this company then I'd look elsewhere.. genesis forex funds are a total scam

Advice not to be taken lightly It would be well advised to stay away from this company and not give them any more business, after purchasing a 200k account and passing the funded challenge, subsequent communication was non existent on all of their platforms. My KYC documentation was never looked at, and the kyc email address does (kycgenesisforexfunds.com) has no kind of validation of receipt of the numerous emails i sent to them. You now cannot even buy a new account. Its sad to admit but the 700£ i spent on the purchasing the account i have already considered lost, along with the payout i know will not be coming to me. I just hope that others dont make the same mistake. Please please DYOR and due diligence. I will report to Action Fraud
