Just saw Genesis telegram update about payout delays due to issue with Eightcap and Genesis promised to send updates to its member two days ago but there is no new update. Hope the company can improvise its support service. Often nobody around at Zendesk.

Scam company stay far away I requested a pay out on the 8th of this month, its now the 27th and still haven't seen anything come of it, even tho its been approved. they are terrible at replying and blame everything on being backlogged. SCAM company stay well away and don't give these people your money because you will see no return

10/10 service 10/10 service, great servers and great incentives. EA works flawlessly on evaluation servers just few minutes for me to pass me and friends. Affiliate program also treating me very well allowing me to offer passes for cheaper which has increased my challenge passing services by a lot. Haven't heard anyone i know be refused payout who didn't breach rules so all in all 9/10 for me
