Aileen Ellis provides clarity to PMP concepts and a methodology to pass the PMP I utilized Aileen Ellis’ Six Pack PMP Program. While she has another, more robust program, I was short on time. Aileen Ellis organizes a lot of important data cleanly, for easy consumption. In the quizzes, she provides good, clear explanations for why something is right or wrong with additional information links if you want to dive deeper. What is essential to the success of Aileen’s program is her process/methodology: she trains you to focus on the key words in each question, and one-by-one, eliminate wrong answers. When you are enduring a four-hour test, you want to have Aileen’s voice in your head, pushing you to follow her process. I highly recommend her program.

Valuable Content and Approach! The course started fast, and I was not prepared for the process and approach on the first day, but after I better understood and settled in, I found great value in Aileen's teaching style. She presented in a manner that helped you better understand not only content, but also, methodology. The fast track 5 day training had me… The fast track 5 day training had me (and classmates) well prepraed for the PMP exam. I was able to schedule my test, and pass very quickly after completing the class. Highly recommend this and the great coaching recieved!

The materials and structure is geared towards gaining the PM mindset, and not just learning PM concepts and terminology. There is no need to study for 5-7 months for the exam.
