She was very thorough in her knowledge and clear in explaining areas that may have been a little grey. She brought positive energy to the group with her lively personality which made it fun and engaging which is very important when you are taking a lengthy course. Informative & Knowledgeable… This was the most informative continuing education class I've ever experienced. Both Ruby and Cindy were so knowledgeable in the content presented.
