GBWhen I first signed up to use your… When I first signed up to use your oils, I loved them. Then apparently, I was told by customer service, the droppers in the bottles were changed. I wrote in to get some help because we cannot get drops out of the bottles without the drops flying everywhere bc we have to literally shake them out. =( The main oil that is effected, that we use a lot of, is the Thyme Thujanol. A person has to drop it under the tongue. I have tried and tried to use the bottles the way that CS described. My family is having the same problems with the bottles. I tipped the bottle almost on its side with a slight tilt to allow air to enter the air space. The drop does NOT come out. It is very frustrating to me. When I first ordered this product, the drops came out perfectly. Especially, when I dropped them under my tongue. Now, I end up having to shake the bottle and the drops go everywhere. On my face and on my clothes which is a waste. Will they be changing these stoppers soon? If not, I will sign up with another company. I have ordered a LOT of oils, over the years, and have never had such a horrible time getting drops out of a bottle. I planned to eventually sell the products. I always try them first for full satisfaction. Please let me know if you plan to put these droppers back the way they were. I love your oils other than the impossibility of getting any drops out. GBLove this company Love this company! They really are the best and most ethical out there. Very pure oils- all gas chromatography tested. Doctors office I work for will only carry from this company because of their quality and consistency.

GBThe products are beautiful The products are beautiful, the website is frustrating. I was sure to review the information I had listed as per mail address it was as I put, I confirmed in the receipt but somewhere in transaction the order was automatically switched without my consent or knowing to a former address which was once my default for this account but weeks ago I updated my default and somehow the website reversed. Anyway it’s all good I still live in the same town and know the new occupants of my former address so once I realized it was not coming to the address I chose and confirmed I looked into the new email and discovered where the package had actually been delivered and retrieved it

GBDont waste your time or $ with Amrita Good quality oils except a few that were off smelling compared to other companies I order from. Their staff is unreliable and keeps bait and switching prices on you, are rude, and uneducated on their own supplies available. Be careful doing any wholesale/ retail business with them. I caught a price hike on an invoice and in one year they raised the price almost 1/3 on multiple oils yet they tried the same thing on my 1st order in 2021 and corrected the pricing and apologized for the wrong price.. This time they said BETTER FIND THEM ELSEWHERE and gave the excuse that covid made their prices higher even though they already had it in stock. I bought it during covid originally for a much lower price. I was going to order 2x more as i did on the 1st order yet it costs more... kinda backwards with their price scale. You have been warned. I highly suggest ordering direct from a manufacturer like Shiva rather than a 3rd party such as these clowns. For retail go to plant therapy!! 1000% better quality and their customer service is great!

GBFast and Friendly Customer Service! The customer service with Amrita has always been fast and friendly. I wish I did not have issues with signing in but since they updated some things awhile back, I often do. If they were not fast and friendly at resolving it each time it would be a headache. But.they.are!
