WSMM Student Review I am from a decent school but not a top target school, but WSMM helped me to learn what I need for entering IBD. Sam is great in providing you with everything you need in the module, but you have to do the work and turn it to your own assets. It is very time consuming, but it will benefit you in the future. Understanding the behavioral, technical, and networking skills is not just important for finding your first job but also good for your further development.

Onboarding call with Coach Kristin Kristen was incredible. She was not only extremely helpful, but very encouraging. I shared with her how I’ve been a bit discouraged and definitely worried about the process, but she really reaffirmed that really buying into the program and putting in hard work will inevitably land me in a great place. She gave a comprehensive rundown of the program and provided some helpful hints to success.

Great Program Great program so far with lots of resources that pretty much explain and prepare you for the entire process. The program only lacked that personal 'coaching' relationship which would've made it better. Would prefer if it could be customized further rather than everyone doing the same thing. Overall, 100% useful for recruiting for IB and best resource you can find.

WSMM sets you up for success I can't emphasize enough the resources this program provides. IB recruiting can be really challenging, knowing timelines, job openings etc...and having the kind of community WSMM provides and the guidance from Sam is incomparable to anything I've found. From networking to behavioral to technicals, WSMM gives you all the resources to succeed...but you have to put in a lot of work and want to break into banking to see results. Sam is there to help you and he is a great mentor. I've received some of the best guidance and advice.
