Amazing Prenatal Yoga Training I loved the prenatal training from Online Yoga School because it has the right balance of all apects of yoga that needs to be considered for pregnancy classes. I also particularly enjoyed the bonuses about postnatal and Mommy & Me. The community is also great and the price really affordable, I definitely reccomend this school

Great School, Great Course, Great Experience Excellent online course designed very well and super easy to follow. They are always there to help when you need, and are very responsive to your submissions. With dedication and daily practice I was able to complete the course in about 9 months. I am now finishing a 5 hour continuing education course and plan to enroll in more of their trainings as they have so many to offer! I would recommend the Online Yoga School to any Yogi looking to deepen their personal practice or become an instructor.

Steph saw the light in me and believed in me The Yoga Alliance was recommended to me by a Yoga/Pilaties studio owner who encouraged me to get my Yoga License during Covid. With this recommendation I enrolled, met Steph and her cast of educators and Yogis online on the modules. They are all vibrant, engaging, and well versed on their content. The class was so well rounded, there were so many great modules I will go back to for reference for many years to come. I feel like I have the tools and the creative freedom to build my Yoga Journey the way I envision it. I may be the creative force behind what I do, they equipped me with the tools. My biggest lesson during this process: I had several set backs and completing this process took me much longer than expected. I put finishing this program on my 2023 vision board (my kids and husband saw it there), and I did it right before 2024! Steph believed in me, and that was the voice that sparked my movement in the right direction...forward. I am so happy she saw the light in me, I will forever be grateful! Sensational Steph and Staff! Steph and her staff made my yoga teacher training an amazing experience. They were patient with me as it took way too long to finish as life got in the way. The school is informative, thought provoking, non judgmental and compassionate to those learning the science and application of yoga. I highly recommend the school to anyone with an interest in furtherance of embracing the art of yoga.
