You will learn a LOT of content here that you don't get in many in person trainings and for the fraction of the price. Steph is committed to make Yoga Teacher Training accessible and available to everyone. This training opened the door for me to become a registered yoga teacher and to teach to a community in need of wonderful practice who have been affected by trauma and violence.
