I attended the IB recruiting session… I attended the IB recruiting session with Nima Karamlou and Aaron Guo. They are both GS bankers and gave us incredible information regarding how to go about networking, which is an essential part of recruiting in the finance world. For the first time, I was given a sort of systematic way to go about the recruiting season; they even gave us a timeline of when we should get things done! I am grateful for Elevate.

great overview of PE, from start to finish -focused on high level, basic info, which was very helpful -did not assume any prior knowledge -gave nice overview of modeling, but not worth spending entire session on it (which you didn't), because can't learn how to model an LBO in 4 hours and not worth focusing exclusively on that

A valuable network I went to Columbia and now at GS. I went to some sessions co-hosted with our finance club / independent sessions. Elevate is a very well thought-out platform and brings tremendous value to our career development. The founder Kaushik is very hands on and deeply understands the challenges students / young professional are facing at the current stage of our career. Very excited to see what future holds for Elevate!

Attended Yale Elevate Event! I attended the joint Elevate x Yale event and learned so much more than I could have anticipated. Mr. Ravi offered so much insight and advice in regards to breaking into finance industries that I will absolutely be using in the future. Highly recommend!

Approachable and Informational I saw a IBD>PE presentation led by Kaushik at Brown. He was very helpful and informational. The information was a little basic, but I also worked in PE, so it was pretty accessible for most folks. I think the most important part was that he was seemed very open and thoughtful....
