Looking at the rate on traditional, it was a bit disturbing but first time hearing about the program I found it very good to be true, I thought to give it a try and I must admit, the team is very good to assist at anytime, I just closed my house 2/29/24 under the coaching of the team, thank you all especially Ryan Lane and Patrick Grimm. They were awesome.

Your HELOC One Stop! At first, I was skeptical like who are these people but after speaking with Joel, Patrick and the man himself Sam Kwak I was convinced. They are the real thing! Great Experience overalll The Accelerated Banking team was great to work with! Trevor at the beginning and Patrick after I signed up. Trevor was awesome - not a high pressured sales experience - and very patient over multiple calls to make sure I was comfortable. Patrick became my go-to person thereafter and made the process extremely transparent. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. True to their promises, he was available whenever I needed to chat and had questions and was extremely knowledgeable. Awesome experience thus far...Highly recommend!
