GBTry them all and see what sticks I work float pool med-surg, to critical care, ED, and everything in-between. Lying on an empty desk one night I Saw nursejanx printed on the bottom of a nurses brain. I googled that Sh** ....and found... REPORT SHEETS!!! So I tested out a bunch of their Nurse Report Sheets: I've found a different one that works for me at every level of care. My reports have been smooth as 25 yr. Macallan. The Price of free for all this content is wonderful, and the ability to customize has legit helped step up my nursing game. TL:DR So Yeah Five Well Earned Stars.

GBI think it's amazing how Nursejanx… I think it's amazing how Nursejanx offers 100% totally FREE report sheets. This is amazing for me because I am a brand new nurse and I am just trying to find a good report sheet that fits to me and my unit and what will help me be more organized.

GBSBAR report sheet As a new grad nurse, the SBAR format is the best way to communicate all the important items about each patient. This report sheet is thorough and helps me to pick out the things that I really need to pass on to the next nurse. This report sheet is great!

GBChange of shift chaos organization I was having issues getting reorganized during the last 4 hrs of my 12 hr shifts, much of it due to the ‘change of shift’ chaos happening on my new unit. Your papers helped me take the few minutes I needed to get the important highlights of each patient together in order to navigate the end of the shift & give a more detailed report to the oncoming nurse. Thank you for this!!

GBBrain Sheets Is it possible to include Evalysis, Baseline, two reassessments and medication timeline to include meds? This would make this document perfect. I work in adolescent floor. Half of my patients are grown ups and other half are adolescents.
