Raquel is a coach with a heart! Raquel is a coach with a heart. My interaction with Raquel started during my first half-hour consultation with Inspira Futures. I had no expectations of Inspira then, and was undecided in signing up for a coach. But within the first few minutes of our call, Raquel’s warm and friendly persona drew me in like quicksand. There was never a mention of business sale. Our conversation was personal and authentic. It was at that point I knew engaging Inspira Futures was the right move for me. Raquel played a very important role of a coach and a pseudo mentor and friend throughout my MBA application journey. She checked up on me every other week to see if I was doing well, giving me support and guidance to navigate through the gruelling 3-month process and life in general. She was genuine in getting to know me as a person person, including my personality type and values, and was tremendously prompt in answering my queries (+my occasional need for emotional support). I believe that Raquel’s care for people comes from a place with a high level of empathy, which is rare today. Her support is pivotal to me realizing the importance of happiness in life, which led to me express this in my writing, and gaining acceptance into Stanford GSB and Columbia Business School. If you are looking for a coach who cares for you regardless of your background, has strong credentials and experience and has a genuine heart to see you succeed, look no further – Raquel is the person for you.

Arush acted both as a life-coach Arush acted both as a life-coach, spending hours introspecting on my life-story, and as a talented writer, helping me bring my stories to life. He was a master at navigating both the big picture and drilling down into the nuts and bolts. He forced me to keep my essays crisp, concise and to the point, while effortlessly adapting the style to fit both Harvard and Stanford.

My favorite aspect of working with… My favorite aspect of working with Arush and the Inspira team was how well they prepped me to begin writing my essays. Their MBA Action Plan assessment helped me recognize my areas of strength as well as my areas of weakness. While I had short and long-term plans, they helped me crystallize these ideas and articulate them in a manner that was cohesive and engaging, which is critical for any application. They also helped me identify aspects of my background that would be useful for some of the less traditional essays (e.g., Kellogg and MIT Sloan). I got into all the 4 schools that I applied to.

Great Essay I engaged Inspira to work on both my primary and secondary application essays. They turned out to be great. We did almost 20 turns. My team didn't allow me to be satisified with mediocre essays. The kept pushing me to do better and aim higher. True to their word, they really were cheerleaders, friends, and experts all in one.

Inspira is way way better I worked with another consultant before engaging Inspira. Inspira is way way better. The team is super encouraging and really cares. I was so nervous and stressed going into my interview but my Coach spoke with me for 2 hours the night before giving me confidence and calming my nerves. I'll never forget that. Thank you and keep up the good work.
