My favorite aspect of working with… My favorite aspect of working with Arush and the Inspira team was how well they prepped me to begin writing my essays. Their MBA Action Plan assessment helped me recognize my areas of strength as well as my areas of weakness. While I had short and long-term plans, they helped me crystallize these ideas and articulate them in a manner that was cohesive and engaging, which is critical for any application. They also helped me identify aspects of my background that would be useful for some of the less traditional essays (e.g., Kellogg and MIT Sloan). I got into all the 4 schools that I applied to.

He was a master at navigating both the big picture and drilling down into the nuts and bolts. He forced me to keep my essays crisp, concise and to the point, while effortlessly adapting the style to fit both Harvard and Stanford.

Couldn't have asked for more There was an army of folks working around my schedule. My coach stayed up till 11:30pm one evening because I got pulled into an important meeting at work. There were so many times she rescheduled our check-ins since my work schedule would keep changing. One of Inspira's adcom members provided feedback on my application on short notice since we were only a week away from the application deadline when I got done. I got in Sloan, Booth, Johnson, and Yale SOM, which was a dream come true. Super appreciative and grateful for the Inspira team's help!

More impressively, she worked with me on an aggressive timeline and was always available when I needed her. I'm not sure if she sleeps, but I'm not complaining. HBS admit under my belt.

He provided great tactical and strategic feedback. He has adcom experience, which was apparent from my conversation with him. He was also very responsive and prompt with his communications.
