professional customer service I had a problem due to the daily drawdown based on the simulated equity, poor understanding, but in the end the customer service was understanding and canceled the invalidation of my account which was in phase 2! so conclusion professional and responsive service! I give 4 stars because the spread still remains high, apart from that RAS! TOP!

Only have good things to say about e8… Only have good things to say about e8 support. Had 2 issues once when migrating acnts and once with news. Both times E8 support was quick to respond and helped me with my issue within a day. Very happy with the team!

Honorable mention their super easy to navigate and clear user interface within the E8x app. Everything is alway a smooth process with E8 for a quality service! Definitely a firm for US traders, and at the top of the industry worldwide! From requesting payout to it processing on rise it did take a couple days but that is as expected! Been loyal to E8 through my whole career trading 3 years now after my first ever prop firm account with funding talent went down, not many people were talking about them back then but they don’t need the marketing, their service and quality speaks volumes. E8 has seen my over trading, self sabotaging behaviors failing challenges and blowing funded accounts on and off for some time, I came back to them a couple months ago after growing a bit in my skillset to continue our relationship, looking forward to trading with E8 for many more years to come!

Be careful Be careful - E8 has some nice features and it looks great on the outside, especially with the $0 commissions, but wow, do they get you with the spreads!!! Not only that, but on some like Bitcoin and Ethereum, the spreads get even higher the more you risk. Example - just had a pretty standard Order Block of 6.17 - had to add 3.5 to the top and bottom to cover the spread, so my Order Block was then 13.17 - more than double!!! Makes it really hard to pass the challenges...

E8 funding is one of the best… E8 funding is one of the best propfirms. Their process smooth and customer services is really good and fast. I had to do a video call for my first payout but it was not an issue at all and the payment was released within 24hrs following the call. I’m really happy with E8 and hope to stay with them a long time hopefully I can keep my finded account that is haha. Overall I’m really impressed with everything E8 has offered.
