At lunch I rehearsed answers to “ why this firm?”, and in the evening I worked on sounding confident. Don was my bible for a few months. Understand people on the other side of the table Don's videos helped me see/understand people on the other side of the table = the interview panel. It helped me come across as more confident and eager about the jobs I was interviewing for. It helped me be my authentic self which led to creating a good rapport with the interviewers.
