Don guided me through the interview process Don guided me through the interview process. They offered me the job at the pay-rate that I deemed too good to pass up, so I took the job! Although they did not ask many of the questions that I prepared for in Don's guide, the preparation that I did do enabled me to sell myself in the interview process, and ultimately land the job. I was able to connect with my interviewers on a deeper level, and feel what a great interview is all about.

Understand people on the other side of the table Don's videos helped me see/understand people on the other side of the table = the interview panel. It helped me come across as more confident and eager about the jobs I was interviewing for. It helped me be my authentic self which led to creating a good rapport with the interviewers. I did get the job that I really wanted. More real life examples would help more people. :-) Thanks a lot Don!

I think the key factor like Don… I think the key factor like Don said,"is to write down your story to the question,' and before my interview process began, I wrote down my story especially for those most important, and / or difficult questions, and the interview went smoothly and I was just so pleased that I practice, and reviewed the questions, I review everything, and I'm so glad because I practice Don's interview questions, I ready for that first interview over the telephone,then for the zoom interview, and then for the final in person interview. I was so confident, and ready. I'm just so happy and so thankful that I come across Don's interview guide, it really helped me, thanks!!!💐💐💐💐💫

Great preparation resource for your next job interview I've gone through this guide cover to cover & found the questions & response tips to be insightful & helpful. It's been a long time since I sat for an interview & I'm using this resource to be better prepared, not to find out what I should say- that part is something people can work out for themselves using the guide for ideas & some structure. Don is detail oriented & clearly comes from a position of great experience in this area but what I really liked are the do's & don't do's when responding to questions you may be asked.
