When the Spanish speaking team is on stage, we should have their speech translated (closed caption) on the video screens so that we all can enjoy and benefit from the information.. We can have an English translation too.

We all know John’s heart We all know John’s heart. However, It would be great if the John Maxwell Team had more black males on the Executive Team & in leadership positions. Live2Lead & the IMC do not have African Americans. Live2Lead had Tyler Perry however the previous Live2Lead had no African Americans. I understand it is a private company but the general certified JMT member does not know who is sitting around the table. To our knowledge there is not Diversity & Inclusion professional at the table.
