Well I'm 2 weeks in and have had more… Well I'm 2 weeks in and have had more opportunities and teaching than any other real estate course or mentorship i had been apart of. The community is truly a family. In all reality it appears to be a 10k course, with 8k worth of contracts, 100K+ worth of mentorship/coaching opportunities in various subjects, and a priceless overhelpful community. Here's my only caviot, If you're going to join show up and do the work. This isn't a business you're buying, It's a business in a box and you have to use the parts/pieces given to build what's best for you and your family. DO IT! It's worth it. You get way more than what you pay for, and it's the only mentorship that's for life, you don't get kicked out after 6 months.

Im just starting out and I see the… Im just starting out and I see the tremendous value pace is offering in SUBTO. There are people to help you on every step and you never feel like you've gotta figure it out on your own. One obviously has to put in the work. If they do, then that paired with the resources in the subto program makes for a deadly combination. I'm looking forward to continue to grow and eventually help others grow as well.
