Just Meh. Overpriced and not a good outcome. So, for the $, the essay quality was just ok. They let my son write 2 essays on the UC common app that were not even answering the prompt. One was about a hardship and how it was academically challenging, etc. and the topic they helped him pick was not academic at all. In the end I sat with him for hours afterwords and reworked all his essays. We changed 2 completely and revised heavily the rest. For the $, I would not do it again. He got into some good schools, but I'm sure the Prompt essays would have hurt him and I'm thrilled at what we did on our own.

Video calls could be scheduled when I needed it, so everything was so flexible for time, yet they still kept me on the timeline that I specifically requested. I, as a result, had lots of admission successes!
