New beginnings with the Human Potential Institute (HPI) coach program The Human Potential Institute (HPI) coach training program enabled me to begin the process as a blank easel with a open mindset. Through a continuous connection with program resources, staff and cohort members, I was able to reflectively learn and grow into an awareness that has propelled me closer to my true-self.
