E.I. virtual ... or not? I have been very happy with the quality of other TCM material overall. My clients respond very well to the content, presentation, activities, and format. However, I am slightly disappointed with the the first Virtual material I received. I have found that the Trainer manual for Emotional Intelligence still contains some activities designed for in person delivery. It is still excellent material, and I reommend it, but is not ready "ou of the box"...needs some tweaking for smooth delivery.

I received excellent insights this… I received excellent insights this morning about a program that could help leaders grow in self-leadership and leadership readiness for their teams during these pivotal times from Febi. Additionally, I was made aware of the planned upgrades of the products for virtual training delivery. This will be a gamechanger.

The content is ok The content is ok. I believe the look/visual graphics of the slides look a little obsolete (seems "heavy" when you look at it) . A more modern (minimalist) look will be in more touch with today's trends. Thank you and regards. Anca Covaciu
