I love that the courses a well… I love that the courses a well designed, both versions available (face to face and virtual). They are easy to use and implement into any type of business. Successful effective response. I was amazed to have resources for implementation and ice break activities. It is truly having an extra hand of amazing support to instruction design, which takes so much time out of a trainers schedule. Could not be happier with what I received I am a consultant and I work with family-owned companies in succession planning (passing from one generation to the next, selling the business, or bringing in a manager). I needed some training materials to help me work through issues of conflict management with them. The Conflict Resolution material perfectly fits my needs. The slides are great The slides are great, but the Participant Guide is in landscape, and other material that I combine it with is portrait. Also a lot of spelling/grammar mistakes. Since my review, TCM took immediate action to provide what I needed in terms of format, and polished the content to be able to use with confidence. Thankyou!
