CAThe slides are great The slides are great, but the Participant Guide is in landscape, and other material that I combine it with is portrait. Also a lot of spelling/grammar mistakes. Since my review, TCM took immediate action to provide what I needed in terms of format, and polished the content to be able to use with confidence. Thankyou!

GBGreat Customer Service I had a mix up with downloading the materials that was totally my fault. When I contacted customer service, I was given help instantly! It is rare to get customer service that fast and helpful. The training materials are great and I will purchase more in the future.

GBCould not be happier with what I received I am a consultant and I work with family-owned companies in succession planning (passing from one generation to the next, selling the business, or bringing in a manager). I needed some training materials to help me work through issues of conflict management with them. The Conflict Resolution material perfectly fits my needs. CAE.I. virtual ... or not? I have been very happy with the quality of other TCM material overall. My clients respond very well to the content, presentation, activities, and format. However, I am slightly disappointed with the the first Virtual material I received. I have found that the Trainer manual for Emotional Intelligence still contains some activities designed for in person delivery. It is still excellent material, and I reommend it, but is not ready "ou of the box"...needs some tweaking for smooth delivery.
