PRI love that the courses a well… I love that the courses a well designed, both versions available (face to face and virtual). They are easy to use and implement into any type of business. Successful effective response. I was amazed to have resources for implementation and ice break activities. It is truly having an extra hand of amazing support to instruction design, which takes so much time out of a trainers schedule. I was also impressed to receive e-mail notification when a course has been updated giving me an opportunity to have the most latest version of the course. Thank you!!!

CAE.I. virtual ... or not? I have been very happy with the quality of other TCM material overall. My clients respond very well to the content, presentation, activities, and format. However, I am slightly disappointed with the the first Virtual material I received. I have found that the Trainer manual for Emotional Intelligence still contains some activities designed for in person delivery. It is still excellent material, and I reommend it, but is not ready "ou of the box"...needs some tweaking for smooth delivery.

FRamazing experince very well designed slides and well explained trainer guide filled with so many activities for which I was looking , they have answered my inquiry on email very promptly , I have tried till now 2 courses , one full and one short , I have already consider trainingcoursematerial my first library when it comes to training . I suggest 2 things for improvement : 1- provide us with references to the training topic 2- include much more exercises and activity even for the same skill so we can chose from based on kind of our participants . all in all , this website is super which when I found it I am now at peace of mind when preparing to training . thanks a lot
