I love that the courses a well… I love that the courses a well designed, both versions available (face to face and virtual). They are easy to use and implement into any type of business. Successful effective response. I was amazed to have resources for implementation and ice break activities. It is truly having an extra hand of amazing support to instruction design, which takes so much time out of a trainers schedule. The content is ok The content is ok. I believe the look/visual graphics of the slides look a little obsolete (seems "heavy" when you look at it) . A more modern (minimalist) look will be in more touch with today's trends. Thank you and regards. Anca Covaciu
