GBGreat Customer Service I had a mix up with downloading the materials that was totally my fault. When I contacted customer service, I was given help instantly! It is rare to get customer service that fast and helpful. The training materials are great and I will purchase more in the future.

CAE.I. virtual ... or not? I have been very happy with the quality of other TCM material overall. My clients respond very well to the content, presentation, activities, and format. However, I am slightly disappointed with the the first Virtual material I received. I have found that the Trainer manual for Emotional Intelligence still contains some activities designed for in person delivery. It is still excellent material, and I reommend it, but is not ready "ou of the box"...needs some tweaking for smooth delivery.

BDI bought this for $99.00! It’s expensive! I bought a mini course for $99.00, I don’t think this course worths this much money, the course fee of time management should be lower as it has been created for thousands of users. I hope the admin will take initiative.
