Additionally, I was made aware of the planned upgrades of the products for virtual training delivery. This will be a gamechanger.

The slides are great The slides are great, but the Participant Guide is in landscape, and other material that I combine it with is portrait. Also a lot of spelling/grammar mistakes. I love that the courses a well… I love that the courses a well designed, both versions available (face to face and virtual). They are easy to use and implement into any type of business. Successful effective response. I was amazed to have resources for implementation and ice break activities. It is truly having an extra hand of amazing support to instruction design, which takes so much time out of a trainers schedule. Great Customer Service I had a mix up with downloading the materials that was totally my fault. When I contacted customer service, I was given help instantly! It is rare to get customer service that fast and helpful. The training materials are great and I will purchase more in the future.
