E.I. virtual ... or not? I have been very happy with the quality of other TCM material overall. My clients respond very well to the content, presentation, activities, and format. However, I am slightly disappointed with the the first Virtual material I received. I have found that the Trainer manual for Emotional Intelligence still contains some activities designed for in person delivery. It is still excellent material, and I reommend it, but is not ready "ou of the box"...needs some tweaking for smooth delivery.

I was hoping to gain more answers to common questions in the training just to give the audience choice answers to choose from. Overall I think I haven't even scratched the surface on all the material I have access to. It saved me from doing all the work and I can spend my time planning. Thank You

The content is ok The content is ok. I believe the look/visual graphics of the slides look a little obsolete (seems "heavy" when you look at it) . A more modern (minimalist) look will be in more touch with today's trends. Thank you and regards. Anca Covaciu
