Could not be happier with what I received I am a consultant and I work with family-owned companies in succession planning (passing from one generation to the next, selling the business, or bringing in a manager). I needed some training materials to help me work through issues of conflict management with them. The Conflict Resolution material perfectly fits my needs. The content is ok The content is ok. I believe the look/visual graphics of the slides look a little obsolete (seems "heavy" when you look at it) . A more modern (minimalist) look will be in more touch with today's trends. Thank you and regards. Anca Covaciu

I love that the courses a well… I love that the courses a well designed, both versions available (face to face and virtual). They are easy to use and implement into any type of business. Successful effective response. I was amazed to have resources for implementation and ice break activities.
