I love that the courses a well… I love that the courses a well designed, both versions available (face to face and virtual). They are easy to use and implement into any type of business. Successful effective response. I was amazed to have resources for implementation and ice break activities. It is truly having an extra hand of amazing support to instruction design, which takes so much time out of a trainers schedule. I was also impressed to receive e-mail notification when a course has been updated giving me an opportunity to have the most latest version of the course. Thank you!!!

E.I. virtual ... or not? I have been very happy with the quality of other TCM material overall. My clients respond very well to the content, presentation, activities, and format. However, I am slightly disappointed with the the first Virtual material I received. I have found that the Trainer manual for Emotional Intelligence still contains some activities designed for in person delivery. It is still excellent material, and I reommend it, but is not ready "ou of the box"...needs some tweaking for smooth delivery.

Could not be happier with what I received I am a consultant and I work with family-owned companies in succession planning (passing from one generation to the next, selling the business, or bringing in a manager). I needed some training materials to help me work through issues of conflict management with them. The Conflict Resolution material perfectly fits my needs. The PowerPoint was beautifully done, the materials are professional, the content spot on, and the exercises fun and unique. Easily worth much more than I paid for it. Thanks!

Great Customer Service I had a mix up with downloading the materials that was totally my fault. When I contacted customer service, I was given help instantly! It is rare to get customer service that fast and helpful. The training materials are great and I will purchase more in the future.

The content is ok The content is ok. I believe the look/visual graphics of the slides look a little obsolete (seems "heavy" when you look at it) . A more modern (minimalist) look will be in more touch with today's trends. Thank you and regards. Anca Covaciu
