Great Customer Service I had a mix up with downloading the materials that was totally my fault. When I contacted customer service, I was given help instantly! It is rare to get customer service that fast and helpful. The training materials are great and I will purchase more in the future.

Could not be happier with what I received I am a consultant and I work with family-owned companies in succession planning (passing from one generation to the next, selling the business, or bringing in a manager). I love that the courses a well… I love that the courses a well designed, both versions available (face to face and virtual). They are easy to use and implement into any type of business. Successful effective response. I was amazed to have resources for implementation and ice break activities. It is truly having an extra hand of amazing support to instruction design, which takes so much time out of a trainers schedule.
