GBI received excellent insights this… I received excellent insights this morning about a program that could help leaders grow in self-leadership and leadership readiness for their teams during these pivotal times from Febi. Additionally, I was made aware of the planned upgrades of the products for virtual training delivery. This will be a gamechanger.

CAE.I. virtual ... or not? I have been very happy with the quality of other TCM material overall. My clients respond very well to the content, presentation, activities, and format. However, I am slightly disappointed with the the first Virtual material I received. I have found that the Trainer manual for Emotional Intelligence still contains some activities designed for in person delivery. It is still excellent material, and I reommend it, but is not ready "ou of the box"...needs some tweaking for smooth delivery.

GBGreat Customer Service I had a mix up with downloading the materials that was totally my fault. When I contacted customer service, I was given help instantly! It is rare to get customer service that fast and helpful. The training materials are great and I will purchase more in the future.

INThis is undoubtedly the best site for… This is undoubtedly the best site for training material. It saves so much time for behavioural trainers. I highly recommend it for its on point workbook, detailed trainers guide and precise PowerPoint presentation. It is so easy to download and put to use:)
