Easy Training Materials to Cusromise I was looking for a way to develop structured training and coaching material. I was hoping to gain more answers to common questions in the training just to give the audience choice answers to choose from. Overall I think I haven't even scratched the surface on all the material I have access to. It saved me from doing all the work and I can spend my time planning. Thank You

E.I. virtual ... or not? I have been very happy with the quality of other TCM material overall. My clients respond very well to the content, presentation, activities, and format. However, I am slightly disappointed with the the first Virtual material I received. I have found that the Trainer manual for Emotional Intelligence still contains some activities designed for in person delivery. It is still excellent material, and I reommend it, but is not ready "ou of the box"...needs some tweaking for smooth delivery.

The slides are great The slides are great, but the Participant Guide is in landscape, and other material that I combine it with is portrait. Also a lot of spelling/grammar mistakes. Since my review, TCM took immediate action to provide what I needed in terms of format, and polished the content to be able to use with confidence. Thankyou!
