I attended every single session and took copious notes to help myself get motivated to plan my first Retreat. I believe I was left with enough to do exactly that! I'm super self-motivated and have the skills necessary to plan, promote and run a meaningful retreat for my new followers. What the program provided was an outline for what it takes.
