Colleen is very knowledgeable about the subject she teaches, and her teaching style is open and friendly. She is able to help you understand the subject even if you have little prior knowledge. She makes the classes fun, and you will learn a lot about yourself in the process. And she gives you handouts and recordings of the classes so that you can download for your reference.
