Just what I needed I had a fantastic experience with Jewel. It can be challenging to reflect inward because we're so tough on ourselves. Jewel was a nonjudgemental external partner who was able to help me truly appreciate my accomplishments and potential. I found myself saying things out loud that I had thought about but never verbalized. Verbalizing those things in the way that he prompted me made them feel real and tangible.
