Strategic Thinker I had a fantastic experience in my introductory session with Jewel Love of Black Executive Men. Currently working in the academic healthcare space, I'm eager to advance into higher leadership positions over the next few years. During the session, I had the opportunity to discuss my current strategy and approach with Jewel and explore my responses to his thought-provoking questions. Through our conversation, a new strategy emerged for me to apply as I seek a promotional pathway. I also found it incredibly helpful to talk out loud with a strategy coach, further refining my plans. I'm looking forward to checking in with Jewel again in a few months to update him on my progress.

ACTION and ACCOUNTABILITY! I've spent the last couple of years attempting to navigate corporate America in search of financial success. After reading all the books, listening to all the podcast and self help experts I came to the conclusion something was still missing....that missing piece was ACTION!!!! That's where Jewel came in and added the fire to my pursue. In the past month I've seen more results then I was able to accomplish alone in the past 3 years! I look forward to the continued engagement!

Expectations I didn't know I had Jewel's caliber of pointing the expectations I didn't know I needed was phenomenal. He is a craftsman of coaching, almost as if he is a psychological surgeon and spirit guide, showing corporate black men the way that they need to go. He showed me, matter of fact, he made me realize how I needed to rebrand myself into a more specialized professional. 5 stars, and I need to get my money up lol, well worth every penny.

Exactly what you need, when you need it most. The challenges facing Black Male Executives are unique and have a significant impact on our professional and personal well-being. Often times we feel isolated, alone, and misunderstood. These feelings of isolation can impact your performance and your mental health. Jewel Love provides a much-needed service. He is insightful, clear, direct, and thoughtful in his approach. He helps you organize and sort through your feelings. Then, and most importantly, he helps you move confidently forward with a plan for your success. J is a great resource and his service is outstanding.

He provides more than just tactics or tools that I need on this journey and almost like a counselor, has an uncanny ability to get to the underlying emotional, psychological, and heart issues that tend to hold us back. I leave every conversation with a better conviction on who I am and what needs to get done. My growth as a leader working with Jewel has been exponential - and worth every amount of investment.
