There are activities/lessons for every age ( even for adults!) and we love that they collaborate with activists, educators and creators that have lived in experience in the themes addressed. Some of the topics are sensitive and so I am thankful to see someone approach it from a respectful and gentle manner.

Diverse Children Represented I love that the book is written in poem format which makes it more comprehensible for our smallest learners. I also enjoyed the diversity of the children who were represented in the book. I also enjoyed the additional resources which I located by typing in the address (QR code didn't work for me).

Engaging, informative, important. Engaging, informative, important. I read this book with gr 7 and 8 students and it led to some wonderful conversations about a tough topic. My students learned so much and asked such good questions.
