I am a Program Lead and I have never had employers who were so caring, supportive, and want the best for their employees. Working for them is a breath of fresh air compared to other employers who are bosses and not leaders. On top of everything, WorkED also cares for the the children we work with by telling us that connections with the students is one of the most important parts of our work.
