It's a scam, they'll make it impossible to get your $39 back, and there's the scam! Wow, what an easy way to rip people off and make a killing at it!

Tracking Progress I have been tracking my three Ps for a little over a month now and feel great and all areas. Making it to the gym almost every day and getting stronger each time. Also noticed the effects on the days when I do a yoga flow. Much stronger in the poses and balance sequences. Making sure I do a written report on my progress each day is a huge part of this. I am keeping myself accountable. In addition I am more focused on improving my personal relationships with my spouse, family and friends.
