Hard but amazing It is a wonderful program that really cares about both the students and the educators who help run it. It's challenging, but, in my experience is a good fit for ambitious students. Not great for folks who aren't willing to put in the work though.

My Lumiere Education Experience My experience at Lumiere was fantastic. I was introduced to my mentor and program manager on my first day, and these two people have followed up with me closely through each step of my research journey. My mentor was the best; she could always explain everything in case I didn't understand, she could encourage me in a good way by giving me tips on what I could improve, she could always check on me and ask me how I was doing and if I need more sessions or time to finish my work. I had an amazing time with her from the first day when we were brainstorming our beautiful research question to the last day when she was reviewing my final paper. It was a journey full of laughter, curiosity, celebrations, a lot of screening, growth, learning, and love for research. This experience is just the beginning of my dream to become a researcher and positively impact society. With Lumiere's strong foundation for research laid, I am confident that I am on the right path. Thank you, Lumiere Education, for believing in me and allowing me to pursue my dreams.

Review of the Individual Research program I am Veibhaw Mahajan, a 16-year old high-school student from India, I was a part of the Individual research program with a full-financial aid and had a very great time, especially, since it marked my first step into the realm of research. The mentor was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and helped my draft my first research paper with a lot of comfort and ease. The team, the program manager were also very prompt to my concerns and everything was so well-structured, it made the process so much more efficient. I would definitely recommend this program to high schoolers, especially those, who like me are just getting their hands on research.

Lumiere Program Experience I really enjoy the overall design and organization of the Lumiere program. The syllabus of the program is given to you at the beginning to the program, and if you follow the syllabus, you will not have a hard time completing a high quality research paper. I really appreciated the help given to me from my mentor. This is my first time writing a research paper, however, with his help, I now fully obtained the skill of writing a standard paper. He answered my questions both in meetings and in emails immediately and motivated me during my writing process. Overall, I enjoyed this program a lot and learned both about the topic I researched and writing skills for academic papers.
