Resume facelift I recently worked with Resume Pilots to give my resume an overhaul. My resume had stayed the same format for the last 15 years as I just tacked on new information every so often or as I changed companies. I am very pleased with the outcome of my resume. I'm not currently in the market looking for new opportunities, but if I were, I'd be confident the new resume would have me in a better position to land interviews. Matt and his team were great. They invested a lot of time understanding my background before going into the 1st draft. After the alotted iterations, I felt confident my story was told on the resume, and all of my feedback from the first drafts was captured in the final output.

Someone taking the time to learn about me and my experiences, made the process go much smoother and a better first draft.
