Jobstep is great! Jobstep is great! The team was very easy to work with and super on top of communications about the process. I ended up getting 24 interviews with them! It's such a relief to be able to focus on studying for these interviews and juggling my day job instead of worrying about trying to keep up with applying for more jobs. Having more interviews at once took the pressure off a single interview having to go well and made me feel like I really had options to find the best fit for me.

It's pretty easy steps, just answer the questions in the platform and they will have videos that explain how to answer everything. They will review your answer and do a video call just to make sure they didn't miss everything. After that they make your resume and send you jobs that match your criteria and they will do all the nitty gritty. All you have to do is get ready for the interviews it's that easy. I highly recommend this program to every job seeker, in less than six weeks i was able to get 16 interviews and an offer of the lifetime.

Amazing Experience I was at risk of being deported if I didn't find a job. I had been applying and interviewing for 6 months with minimal results. I was referred to Jobstep by an old co-worker, and quickly after I was done with the onboarding questionnaire I had multiple new resumes and interview requests. Because of Jobstep I was able to find a job before my visa became void. It's also one of the best jobs i've ever had, I was able to browse so many companies and refine my search to find the right fit for me. Overall amazing experience!

A great service! Overall, my experience with Jobstep was great. I definitely heard back from more companies after submitting applications with Jobstep's help than I would have otherwise. I think the price for the amount of service is mostly reasonable; the only thing I would change is getting more personalized advice on interviews, tailored to the companies that I heard back from. The initial interview preparation call was very helpful, and I would have enjoyed getting more customized help. Other than that, I think Jobstep's system worked well and definitely yielded impressive results.

HiCounselor was really helpful for me… HiCounselor was really helpful for me in my job search. They have some great tools to expedite the job search. I myself wouldn't be able to knock on as many doors as they did for me. Also, the interview prep sessions provide some great insight on how to articulate the answers to HR interview sessions professionally.
