It's pretty easy steps, just answer the questions in the platform and they will have videos that explain how to answer everything. They will review your answer and do a video call just to make sure they didn't miss everything. After that they make your resume and send you jobs that match your criteria and they will do all the nitty gritty. All you have to do is get ready for the interviews it's that easy.
