Excellent Excellent! Takes the pain out of applying to jobs and helped me land so many interviews! Listen - everyone hates apply to jobs, and that's where jobstep comes in. They applied to over 300 jobs for me and I landed 7-8 interviews most of which were really promising leads. In addition to taking that pain away, they helped totally revamp my resume and cover letter to the job position I was looking for. Jobstep is in your corner every step of the way unlike recruiters who are just trying to squeeze a buck out of you. They were always available to answer questions or help any way they could. I am disheartened that this service will be discontinued because I was such a strong advocate for this service. None the less they still deserve 5 stars even until the end.

A wonderful service This service was an excellent value! Theyproduced wonderful cover letters and resumes for me, coached me consistently through email and gave me other tools to navigate my transition to a new career. More than anything they helped me gain the confidence I needed to showcase my skills and make the jump!

A great service! Overall, my experience with Jobstep was great. I definitely heard back from more companies after submitting applications with Jobstep's help than I would have otherwise. I think the price for the amount of service is mostly reasonable; the only thing I would change is getting more personalized advice on interviews, tailored to the companies that I heard back from. The initial interview preparation call was very helpful, and I would have enjoyed getting more customized help. Other than that, I think Jobstep's system worked well and definitely yielded impressive results.

Do It!! Highly Recommend!! If you are looking for something (or for something new!) I highly recommend partnering with JobStep to aid you in your search. Multiple interviews secured thanks to JobStep. It's not just the interviews - my coaching session prepared me for the interviews AND helped me recall some awesome past accomplishments that I had not included in my resume.
