Excellent Excellent! Takes the pain out of applying to jobs and helped me land so many interviews! Listen - everyone hates apply to jobs, and that's where jobstep comes in. They applied to over 300 jobs for me and I landed 7-8 interviews most of which were really promising leads. In addition to taking that pain away, they helped totally revamp my resume and cover letter to the job position I was looking for. Jobstep is in your corner every step of the way unlike recruiters who are just trying to squeeze a buck out of you. They were always available to answer questions or help any way they could. I am disheartened that this service will be discontinued because I was such a strong advocate for this service. None the less they still deserve 5 stars even until the end.

Great experience with JobStep JobStep really takes the pressure off the job search. It began with a comprehensive onboarding process, which had already started giving me insight into what needed to be done to ready myself for interviews. An excellent resume and cover letter were designed. Loads of applications were also sent to relevant places every week. There was always prompt support from the staff as well; in case I needed help with anything. 100% would recommend to anyone looking for help with their job hunt.

Very Thankful for this company First I meet with a job coach who worked with me being able to articulate my career goals and background. The next week we communicated about ways to improve my resume for the types of jobs I wanted. I was given the option to opt out of any job I did not want to be considered for, but for me I chose to allow my resume to go out to all jobs presented. Every time a company reached out to me for a interview Jobstep encouraged me, and offered any assistance. Within the 6 weeks I landed 5 interviews and finally a offer from a rapidly growing start up.

I myself wouldn't be able to knock on as many doors as they did for me. Also, the interview prep sessions provide some great insight on how to articulate the answers to HR interview sessions professionally.

Amazing Experience I was at risk of being deported if I didn't find a job. I had been applying and interviewing for 6 months with minimal results. I was referred to Jobstep by an old co-worker, and quickly after I was done with the onboarding questionnaire I had multiple new resumes and interview requests. Because of Jobstep I was able to find a job before my visa became void. It's also one of the best jobs i've ever had, I was able to browse so many companies and refine my search to find the right fit for me. Overall amazing experience!
