It's pretty easy steps, just answer the questions in the platform and they will have videos that explain how to answer everything. They will review your answer and do a video call just to make sure they didn't miss everything. After that they make your resume and send you jobs that match your criteria and they will do all the nitty gritty. All you have to do is get ready for the interviews it's that easy. Very Thankful for this company First I meet with a job coach who worked with me being able to articulate my career goals and background. The next week we communicated about ways to improve my resume for the types of jobs I wanted. HiCounselor was really helpful for me… HiCounselor was really helpful for me in my job search. They have some great tools to expedite the job search. I myself wouldn't be able to knock on as many doors as they did for me. Also, the interview prep sessions provide some great insight on how to articulate the answers to HR interview sessions professionally.
