Very Thankful for this company First I meet with a job coach who worked with me being able to articulate my career goals and background. The next week we communicated about ways to improve my resume for the types of jobs I wanted. I was given the option to opt out of any job I did not want to be considered for, but for me I chose to allow my resume to go out to all jobs presented. Every time a company reached out to me for a interview Jobstep encouraged me, and offered any assistance.
