Depends on your experience Interview tips & training was incredibly helpful but the team was a bit optimistic when it came to thinking my salary requirements were obtainable for the CSM positions applied for. I received several interview requests, even made it to second round once. Received positive feedback from most but none of the companies could meet my salary requirements (that I reduced to $100k). Average offered salary was $75-95 depending on direct SAAS experience. Regardless, this has been an eye-opening experience & I will take some time to follow-up with requests for additional information to see if this last batch of applications yield any opportunities. Team was wonderful to work with & if you're in the industry & looking for a new opportunity, I would highly recommend this service.

Amazing Experience I was at risk of being deported if I didn't find a job. I had been applying and interviewing for 6 months with minimal results. I was referred to Jobstep by an old co-worker, and quickly after I was done with the onboarding questionnaire I had multiple new resumes and interview requests. Because of Jobstep I was able to find a job before my visa became void. HiCounselor was really helpful for me… HiCounselor was really helpful for me in my job search. They have some great tools to expedite the job search. I myself wouldn't be able to knock on as many doors as they did for me. Also, the interview prep sessions provide some great insight on how to articulate the answers to HR interview sessions professionally.

It began with a comprehensive onboarding process, which had already started giving me insight into what needed to be done to ready myself for interviews.
