Great experience with JobStep JobStep really takes the pressure off the job search. It began with a comprehensive onboarding process, which had already started giving me insight into what needed to be done to ready myself for interviews. An excellent resume and cover letter were designed. Loads of applications were also sent to relevant places every week. Very Thankful for this company First I meet with a job coach who worked with me being able to articulate my career goals and background. The next week we communicated about ways to improve my resume for the types of jobs I wanted. I was given the option to opt out of any job I did not want to be considered for, but for me I chose to allow my resume to go out to all jobs presented.
