The next week we communicated about ways to improve my resume for the types of jobs I wanted. Depends on your experience Interview tips & training was incredibly helpful but the team was a bit optimistic when it came to thinking my salary requirements were obtainable for the CSM positions applied for. I received several interview requests, even made it to second round once. Received positive feedback from most but none of the companies could meet my salary requirements (that I reduced to $100k). Average offered salary was $75-95 depending on direct SAAS experience. Regardless, this has been an eye-opening experience & I will take some time to follow-up with requests for additional information to see if this last batch of applications yield any opportunities. Team was wonderful to work with & if you're in the industry & looking for a new opportunity, I would highly recommend this service.

JobStep is a godsend JobStep is a godsend. If you want result they will provide it with flying colors. It's pretty easy steps, just answer the questions in the platform and they will have videos that explain how to answer everything. They will review your answer and do a video call just to make sure they didn't miss everything. After that they make your resume and send you jobs that match your criteria and they will do all the nitty gritty. All you have to do is get ready for the interviews it's that easy.
