Ease of use I love the ability of Dr. Been to explain complex topics in an easy to understand manner. There is such a wide variety of topics with new ones posted regularly. Most sites get their topics up and never add any more or update any that are already there. The site itself is also kept updated with the latest technology.

Invaluable resource I’ve listened to Dr. Been for years now and his insights and methods of communicating have proven invaluable to my family’s heath. This continues to be the case, perhaps most especially so for his courageous, honest, inquisitive explorations throughout the pandemic period. A doctor who cares deeply Dr. Mobeen Syed has been one of the most knowledgeable doctors with helping me understand some of the most difficult mechanisms around Long Covid, along with many other topics; Also Interviewing many well respected doctors, of various specialties, with clinical experience of doing the same. Be Careful. To summarise, I bought their liftetime membership for £300 in the UK as it was being advertised by a company that they are affiliated with in the UK as being very helpful for med school and also collecting CPD points. But they don't have more than half the videos I need for my course. When I asked for a refund after a couple of weeks they said it's non refundable and refused to refund me. I'm really appalled by the customer service. They just scam students. (This happened in Nov 2019)
