Paid close to $4000 for a tutoring… Paid close to $4000 for a tutoring package. Met with tutor regularly and did what they recommended. I still was not in passing range. Big waste of money would not recommend. I signed up after a reddit post that made it sound like they work miracles. They might be accommodating with tutor hours but that means nothing if that doesn't translate well. Overall, I felt the company didn't really care nor attempted to ensure progress was being made.

Ace Med Boards played a big role for me… Ace Med Boards played a big role for me in my step 1 journey. I took an entire year off to take my step 1 exam, and working with Kelvin was a game changer. Not only did he help me implement a strategy that definitely got me points on test day, but also helped me increase my confidence within myself. I had a really weak foundation and felt that Kelvin was very patient with me and helped me fill in those gaps. Great experience! As someone who was struggling with studying for STEP 1 during the pandemic, I needed some guidance/motivation. Working with Aishwarya was a much needed investment for my STEP 1 studying. Sessions with her provided me with insight on how to approach questions, eliminate answers, and review high yield concepts. Ace Med Boards also provided a detailed schedule that was helpful in managing my time. I saw my score and test taking improve week after week, and having a tutor who can provide context to the questions that go beyond the explanation was very useful. Worthwhile investment!

I reached out to Acemed when I was at the last stretch I reached out to Acemed when I exhausted all other options and just needed that extra push to help me up. They were kind enough to reach out super fast and Mohit got in touch with me and set me up with my tutor Kelvin. He was basically godsend , because he helped me tackle questions with a different view all together and helped me put stuff together conceptually than base solely on memorisation. He helped with my speed and was always ready to answer questions that i had. He insisted on me not doubting my process and that helped me so much on exam day. All in all , I had such a great time and I feel like it was the best last minute decision that I made and I'm super glad to have gotten Kelvin as my tutor.

The best tutoring service out there! This tutoring service and my tutor Kelvin were fundamental in helping me pass my step exam. I truly think I wouldn’t have been able to pass without out the helpful tools that they gave me. Kelvin was also amazing with helping in the mental toll that this exam placed on me and was always accommodating to whatever I needed. Not only did they help me pass my step exam but they also assisted with prepping for my family medicine shelf exam, which I also passed. I would definitely recommend for anyone having trouble taking board exams!
