They are wonderful. This is a great program. The only downside is that in the group classes, sometimes there are students who try to dominate the conversation and do not allow equal time to others. In general, the professors do their best to stop this from happening, but not always. It may help if there is some kind of general announcement or slide at the beginning of each class reminding students to be mindful that they do not monopolize the conversation.

Beware of expiration date of your "plan." My plan expired after having had it for a year. Was never told up front that there was an "expiration" date so I lost over $300.00 in group and private lessons. Was told that this is the same policy as Italk and other similar online programs. I told them that I was not paying for the services of other online similar programs but spending money with their company. I was then told to read the small print...there wasn't any. I contacted my credit card company and they finally resolved the matter.

Simply the BEST I signed up with StartSpanish before the trial ended because I have thoroughly enjoyed the quality of classes and resources that you provide your students. These are some of the BEST teachers that I have ever had and they literally leave me feeling motivated that I can finally check becoming fluent in Spanish off of my bucket list. Keep up the great work! :)

It has a thoroughly elaborated concept, the teachers are wonderful and very encouraging, all of them offer a high quality of teaching standard and have a world of teaching experience. This is the best way to learn Spanish-- I love StartSpanish I have tried numerous classes on line and in person, StartSpanish is far the best course I have taken--ever. I am super impressed with the teaching staff. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and very patient. Each one remembers me and my skill level and common errors and makes great suggestion on how to improve. I also love the fact that there are so many times to log on and learn. The class sizes are great, the optional homework assignments are fun and challenging. Their IT Team also knows what they are doing if there is ever a problem getting on. I love StartSpanish.
